IT 2nd Line Support Desk Engineer – up to £30,000 p.a.
Our client is an IT Managed Services provider. Their business provides a core set of services: IT Strategy, Projects, Consultancy, IT Best practice, and IT support.
They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT 2nd Line Support Desk Engineer. You will work within the Support Team to deliver exceptional levels of customer service to our clients.

Candidates should possess a can-do attitude, be passionate about client service and improving our own business and the organisations we support.
Essential Skills
- Various PC & Laptop Hardware
- Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Occasional Mac OS)
- Windows Server Operating Systems
- MS 365 use and support
- Basic Firewall/Router skills (including VPN’s)
- Experience in security tools AV/EDR/spam & web filtering
- Basic networking DHCP/DNS
- Customer Service/Customer Facing Experience
- Valid UK Driver’s License
Experience in the following areas is desirable:
- Working in an MSP Environment (Providing Support to Multiple Clients)
- ITIL or Mac OS experience
- Firewall/router experience
Please note candidates MUST be living withing the Dundee & Angus region now, as this is a 3-days in office hybrid role. Relocation will not be considered.
