IT Service Desk Analyst - Glasgow & Strathclyde

Our Glasgow city centre client are looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their team. The role is currently 100% remote, but likely to move to the hybrid model of 60/40 Office/Remote. The client has offices internationally with the Global support being headquartered in Glasgow. They offer an excellent salary and benefits package, as would expect from a company of this size. The role of Service Desk Analyst will involve both 1st & 2nd Line Support both remotely (of all international offices) as well as floor walking on a rotational basis. Whilst accurately logging tickets you will be expected to take ownership of them too, so as to ensure an acceptable resolution to the issue whilst adhering to SLAs. Previous experience within this type of role is required, as well working in accordance to ITIL processes and procedures. You must also have the ability to work effectively alone as well as being part of a team. From a technical point of view you should already have analysing and troubleshooting skills for all IT incidents. Furthermore, experience with 'Interaction' or similar Client Relationship Management (CRM application; 'Bighand 3' or similar digital dictation software, and 'AD Administration', would be a distinct advantage.
