One of our Edinburgh based clients requires a Cloud Security Engineer to join their security team. The team itself is relatively small, thus you will be working directly with the technical Head of Security in this role.
As an Engineer you will be required and responsible for daily support, troubleshooting and development from everything EndPoint Detection to managing AWS platforms from a security perspective.
Skills Required:
- Experience of engineering/admin within AWS
- Strong Security knowledge across DLP, Vulnerability Management, CASB, and EndPoint.
- 3+ years working in a dedicated Cyber Security role within an Enterprise level organization [500+ users]
- Skills within; Incident Response, Splunk, Alert tuning, security investigations, Use case development, DLP
This will be a permanent role which will be hybrid in Edinburgh so a willingness to travel to Edinburgh a few times a month would be great. Thus, we are looking for candidates to be Scotland based and who are authorised to work here.
